Took my Horse trailer in for a few fixes and an overall check and I was pleasantly surprised by the pragmatic approach taken to the repairs. I feel safe in the knowledge that the trailer is roadworthy and as good as it can be for my precious cargo. Arrangements were simple to make, communication was excellent and expectatitions were set up front and met ... and the drop off and collection was easy. Thank you.

Asked them to come to me to service an Ifor Williams horse trailer. Arrived on time, polite, listened to my questions, and were thorough. The invoice was as quoted, the only extras were parts used which were clearly explained and shown to me. And I was able to get on with other work rather than having to tow to them and back which would have taken time out of my day. The extra cost of them travelling to me was worth it.

Trailer Medic have serviced our hire trailers for a few years now. We would highly recommend them for servicing, repairs and inspections before buying. They’ve done a few emergency repairs for us too and have always been quick to do so (also helps us as a business to keep running as it keeps disruption to a minimum). Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, we don’t hesitate in recommending them to our own customers :D
