Took work van in for a service. Left my laptop case in van, when I got home my case was missing, company said they haven't seen it ,they should be investigating who took it out off my van, they wasn't interested that they have thieves working for them

I had a very long wait but everyone was super helpful. Made me hot chocolate, offered me biscuits and helped me charge my phone.Top blokes! I wish everywhere were more like this place.

Really great vehicle, friendly staff but, every visit seems to take an age, I worked for 5 years in car rental and it rarely took that long.

Keep well clear they will try and charge you for any damages even if they were already there take pictures before accepting any vehicle . Also if your company hires of them they will charge you £30 administration fee to send you a letter about a parking ticket total joke

Absolute horrendous company. Had a vehicle for 6 months and ended up paying close to double the amount the vehicle was actually worth. Do not use. Absolute robbery.

Arrived at 9:30am for my vehicle service that was booked in at 10am and told it would take 2 hours and advised to wait.I’m still sat here at 2pm and not looking like seeing my vehicle anytime soon.Staff don’t care, don’t apologise and seem oblivious to your presence for over 4 hours.The waiting room is baking hot and there’s no cups in the water cooler. If you want to test your resilience to dehydration, boredom and ignorance towards you then this is definitely the place to come if you want a challenge.
