Kevin was very prompt & visited the site within an hour from our initial call. The quote was clear and work started on time. It was a big garden clearance job. His team were polite, worked hard, did exactly what was requested. The job took slightly longer than anticipated and wasn’t easy because there was so much to clear, but Kevin invoiced exactly what was quoted and did not try to add extras. All in all, we are very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. From our experience, businesses that do exactly what they say they’re going to do, at the time they say they’re going to do it, for the price they say they’ll charge are rare . Herts Tree & Garden are a good example of this rarity!

This team reduced an overgrown Cotinus tree for us, and also a long privet hedge. A few days before they did that, a major branch of the Cotinus tore off under its own weight and that of the overnight downpour, and Kevin and another expert came to take a look. They put our minds at rest about the future of the tree, then cut up the fallen branches that lay across the garden. On the day when the remaining trunk and branches were reduced, the job was done quickly and tidily. Likewise, the hedge. I can't fault them, and would happily call them in for any other such jobs to be done. Efficient and friendly. Worth every penny.

Kevin and the team were very professional and did a fantastic job removing a large cherry tree and comprehensively tidying up all of the shrubs and bushes in our front and rear garden. Would happily recommend to others considering working with them.

Kevin, Dan & team have just completed some work for us. They cut down a couple of trees which were straggly & sawed them into log size pieces for us to store for our fire then came back a couple of weeks later to dig out a new flower border the whole length of our patio wall (approx 15metres in total) & filled it with topsoil. We are very pleased with the end result. The guys were all friendly, polite & left the site tidy when they left. This is the third time we have used their services & would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the work Kevin and his team completed in June over a three day period. They trimmed and shaped a number of very large hedges, pruned trees, removed dead / unwanted shrubs, as well as transplanting a number of shrubs that were poorly positioned.They cleared away and disposed of all the waste and ensured our garden was tidy afterwards.At all times I found them to be professional, hard working and courteous.I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
