Really nice place for a shopping with kids

Took my daughter in the other week to have her ears re pierced, she had them done there 3 years ago but had to have them taken out because the earring came infected. They were quoted me from £75 to £85 bloody disgusting. I took my daughter to Hayleys hands and beauty in Smith street Warwick she done my daughter's ears and it only cost me £30 and that was with after treatment included. The earrings were gold with a stone in, just like the ones from Claire's that just shows the earrings from Claire's aren't proper silver or gold and the price they charge is arendass I wouldn't give them my custom at all. I brought a silver necklace from there a few years ago and it made my neck green

Absolutely appalled with the attitude of the manager of this store .I am due in for a dating scan for a threatened miscarriage and asked dthe lady in front if I could bit something quickly to pay for my parking . She said yes ...u bought a £5 nose ring and wanted 5 pound change. The manager was so rude to me and shouted at me as I left BANK.When I rang to complain at the store I said about her customer skills...I said you have received no idea what I'm going through..she said you don't know what I'm going through...I said you are the manager!!! I spoke to the customer outside and said sorry for asking to go first as she was deliberating on an item....she was fine..I was also a customer paying for goods and this is how I got treated... sickening..avoid at all cost

Asked on phone if they did scaffolding peircings, they said they do. When we turn up, filler the application form, then she asked what I wanted, once I said she had no idea what's so ever what a scaffolding peircing is... She asked what bar I wanted so I said 4mm ball (silver) and thought I pointed to one that is on the other side and was Gold.... After she got confused about the bar I wanted she then turned around and said we don't do that peircing here... STUPID!!!
