Just had my car picked up to go in for repair.Frank the transporter driver was so helpful and patient.Really appreciate him taking the time to explain the process and go over my hired car to make sure I was comfortable with driving it.He definitely took the stress out of it !Thank you

This is my second time dealing with Steer Glasgow. Both times it was 2 different types of claim but service both times was second to none. Lisa & Linda in the office were always on hand to help with any queries and gave me daily updates. Martyn was great from the beginning getting everything booked in. Extremely pleased. Great service from all the team.

Had my car in for significant repairs following an accident and could not rate this company and its people high enough, 5 stars doesn’t do it justice.The most professional yet friendly and supportive organisation I have dealt with in automotive industry. Absolutely first class service from the team at Steer. I had never had any need to use the company before so put my trust in them. I was not disappointed in any way. Through the process, I was kept up to date on a weekly basis which was important as parts were delayed through no fault of theirs. The final job was not just good but absolutely fantastic and I can't praise them enough. Thank you

Just received my vehicle back and it looks new, cleaned inside and out even though I only needed work done at the front of the vehicle, I was given a new courtesy car with all the toys and was kept up to date with what was going on with my vehicle either by text or phone call. They only had my vehicle a week so overall I am happy with the service.

I got the front of my car repaired at Steer as this was recommended by my insurance company. The repair was completed quickly and the staff kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Overall, very good experience and I would recommend :)

The work is completed to a high standard. The communication between insurance and the company hadn’t been flawless and some details hadn’t come across but it was rectified quickly.The receptionists had offered to come in and sit early which was nice.The only other thing that held me off 5 was hoping I would have had more communication coming my way than having to phone in.Good experience overall.

Excellent service from Tannochside Steer. Kept fully up to date at all times, job completed early. Car has had a full valet as well, looks like a new car again! A welcome added bonus. Staff all very friendly at reception. Thank you.
