I loved my appointment with Ashley today. She was really thorough in the consultation and explained what we could achieve with the colour and she was also so lovely. I’m super happy with my colour and cut and would 100% recommend Glasshouse to friends and family.

My first facial experience which was so soothing and insightful. Simmone is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable person. After our 1hr session I was super relaxed and saw an improvement. Simmone then recommended a morning and evening routine for at home and I have to say, my skin hasn’t looked and felt so amazing in years. Thanks again!

It was my first time at the salon. As an introvert, I am usually feeling very uncomfortable in a new environment and with meeting new people. However, Abbey was lovely, she listened to my needs and gave me great advices. I am very happy with my new haircut. had a great time and I will come back again.

I had the best balayage hair treatment today with Dylan, who really listened to my and advised me well on what to do. The hair looks super nice, the colour is beautiful and very natural and I couldn't be happier!

I’ve been visiting Glasshouse since their days at Netil House – five years later and a move back over the pond; I still coordinate my trips to London based on my need for a new appointment.I’ve been with Ashley a few times now and she is truly amazing at what she does, she’s so warm, welcoming and professional. And her cuts are extraordinary – they look brilliant when I get out of the salon, and even 4 months later my hair grew out beautifully.The salon itself has a beautiful atmosphere, the best products and ethos. I had a 90 minute Kinesiology appointment with Olivia which was really wonderful and powerful. I'd never had a kinesiology session before but being a run down mother I wanted help with understanding how I could be feeling better. Olivia made me feel so supported and just sitting and talking about issues with my health and wellbeing and my history of both made me feel really cared for and much less overwhelmed. Olivias experience and knowledge is really impressive and interesting, and alongside her gentle nature it made for such a healing experience. In just 90 minutes I felt like I understood my body and the cycles I am in a lot more, also just making the time and space to do that felt really vital. Since our appointment 4 weeks ago I have made a few small changes to my daily ritual and supplements which have been inexpensive but have made me feel better than usual so that's very positive. I am really looking forward to my next session and I highly recommend her healing services. x

Georgia was super attentive and really listened. The precision of the cut was amazing and I loved the products used. I left with the exact cut and style that I wanted, I don't remember the last time I left a salon feeling so good. Definitely found my new regular, thank you Georgia!

29 years on this earth and I have never managed to find a hairdresser who I want to stick with, until I met Ashley. She is a master of her craft. She takes the time to really understand what you want, she listens and she is a perfectionist, I have only ever come out of that salon feeling amazing thanks to her.She’s also a truly wonderful person and it’s a pleasure to sit with her for an hour.Glasshouse is also a gorgeous salon and they really take care of you. 10/10 recommend.
