I've had your cinnamon rolls before, but today's first experience in the UK was disappointing. The roll tasted good, but it was old and tough to chew. I was expecting better from a store known for freshly baked cinnamon rolls.and the prices were high six mini rolls cost me 14£!!!

I’ve always wanted to try the Cinnamon buns here… the States do them better. I’m more of a purchase and eat but these Cinnabons come with instructions before you can eat them if you take them home 90s in the microwave and the white icing makes it a little sickly. So after scraping the white icing the bun was nice, warmed and flavourism.. I’d recommended having one there and then don’t take them away. Let them heat them for you.

The ladies working on the Thursday 5th October evening shift were absolutely fantastic. Great customer service and my family left with a huge smile on our faces. The Cinnabuns were delicious and enjoyed by all! Thank you, I was the very last customer!!

Friendly staff and buns were nice, nothing amazing - better warmed up. Sadly sold out of all lotus biscuit buns when we visited nearer the end of the day.

Really nice experience at Cinnabon Stratford! I was served by the nicest group of ladies! Danootha, Abinaya and Alisha were very sweet, recommended a really nice selection (the lotus biscoff) and interacted with me and my friends! What a let down. Came here on my birthday to try these famous buns, sadly found out it’s overhyped. For that price, (I think it was about £14-15 for 6 buns?) the mini buns only had filling on top and were basic in the inside. We got this to try the other flavours, however it’s hard and stale, not the best buns i’ve had. Just get 1 large bun and save your money.

They are overhyped. For the price and for the calories, you’d expect them to be out of this world and the best cinnamon buns ever. But I genuinely think the Tesco ones are better. They’re not bad but they’re not great either. They aren’t served warm so they weren’t even that soft and they do recommend you to warm them up but it would be nice to have it fresh. They’re a bit sickly but if you’re gonna get these I’d say go all out and get the really chocolatey one. If you’re thinking about these, maybe try a mini one to see what you think.

Absolutely love Cinnabon, the best cinnamon rolls ever! So glad this has opened in Stratford Westfield.Staff are friendly, service is quick. They give you the option to have your cinnamon roll heated, if you want to eat it there and then - if not, you can take it home and heat it up then.
