Such a friendly salon and was really happy with my hair. Reasonably priced and the online booking system is really useful.

First visit this week and can confidently recommend to all. My hair had become really brassy and Gemma gave me a full consultation and recommendations how to achieve the colour I wanted. My hair is the best it has looked in years! A little gem of a hairdressers and much more reasonably priced compared to further salons up the road. Bonus too is a really warm and friendly atmosphere which many salons lack! Beauty room looked fab too! Thank you Gemma and Tracy, as a new resident to Kenilworth you made me feel really welcome! And I love my hair!

Lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere. Great little hairdresser. Have recently introduced 2 of my granddaughters to regular trims with Gemma now too. Definitely recommend :)

Visited as a new customer and had a haircut by Tracy. I was immediately welcomed and made to feel at home as soon as I stepped through the door. As someone who hasn't been to a hair salon for 4 years, I was quite anxious about the idea of finding a new one. But all fears were quickly swept aside as I was treated like I'd been going there for years, making me feel very comfortable and very happy. On top of that I had a really nice haircut and Tracy really worked with me on how I wanted my hair specifically and I don't feel you get that at other salons. I was really impressed and happy with the care and attention she took with my hair and in general making my experience there, a very positive one. 100% would recommend and I definitely will be going back for sure!

Gemma Louise Hair Salon is great. She puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. Stylish and Comfortable surroundings with a relaxing atomosphere. I would highly recommend this Salon and believe me, I usually shy away from these places ☺️

Accommodation and bar/restaurant areas excellent. I personally found some of the food rather rich with too much cream and the portions to large but it was well presented and enjoyable. Welcoming, friendly and helpful service. High spec room and ensuite bathroom.
