Ivan Jones Electrical was a real disappointment. They made promises and agreed to do the work, but didn’t follow through. After advising us to have them carry out an electrical survey, they advised a full house rewire which we agreed to. They did a bit of the work then never showed back up or booked us back in. When we called to ask for a time slot, we were given excuse after excuse, put off again and again. We were told “leave it with me, I’ll get you on the schedule”, “I’ll email you back tomorrow”, “Ivan is out of the office, but will get back to you as soon as he’s in tomorrow” etc etc etc. really given the runaround. We paid some expensive invoices to get a portion of the work done, then after multiple attempts to get a date when they could come back and finish the work, we received an email informing us that they were not going to fulfill their commitment to complete the project. We were really surprised. They seemed like such nice people.The men who actually came out and did a portion of the work were very good, we just couldn’t get the office to book us in to get them back to finish the work. This firm really let us down.
