Well what can I say. I have an account here was working nearby and we were running out of high tack.They tried to charge me £67.00 for 6 tubes. ( should have been £29.00)Still wouldn't accept he was wrong when showed him in screwfix the same would have been £36.00£67.00 what's all that about. No apology or anything.Just be aware. I’ve used eurocell over the years; I’ve noticed service levels dropping considerably recently but it got to a whole different level; I’ve put an order through 10 days ago (all stock items) and a week later it hadn’t arrived; Then they said they would deliver the following day; they haven’t so I chased again today and they just told me they have been hacked and they wouldn’t deliver for another week; don’t really know what to say… really poor communication and lack of predictability;
