We had a blocked toilet. Tried everything to shift it nothing working we found Browns Plumbing and Chris came out within the hour. Fantastic service and so grateful to him. He cleared it so quickly. Could hardly believe it. Our grandkids were due any moment so we're mighty relieved. We'd use this company again.

Brilliant service - arrived within an hour of my call to clear my blocked outside drain. Not a nice job at anytime I would imagine but in 30 degree heat?! Professional, friendly man, couldn't fault. Would recommend and not hesitate to use again.

Chris arrived as agreed on Sunday morning, he was very helpful and made a total assessment of the situation before he started, taking the effort to go the ground floor flat to see where the pipes ran. Ive had three people out already via my insurance company who achieved nothing and left me worried and with a blocked toilet for over a week. Chris was patient and tried all methods to clear the pipe, with him later using his hydro jet running from his van into the toilet, finally clearing the blockage. Very friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

Feeling ripped off ! Charged £95 for about 15 minutes work messing about with my toilet that when flushed after five minutes toilet matter kept coming back up. After throwing water from my bath down the toilet & all over the floor that I had to clean up .. said it was probably ok now & probably to do with the cistern that he started to play about with even though stating it wasn’t his field of work, also said he wouldn’t warrant the work he did when I asked & would have to recharge me if I needed to call him out again as I had no manhole cover & it could be drains that were blocked.. within an hour of him leaving it was still not flushing properly. I have had Essex water check the drains and they confirmed that there was no blockage in the drains & I had someone come & check & replace mechanisms in cistern that made no difference toilet still not flushing properly with both Essex water and plumber saying that there was a definite blockage in toilet.

Plumber had arrived within 30 minutes of us initialling calling him. Friendly, professional and fixed the problem! High recommend

Great service would highly recommend. Arrived within 1 hour of my call. Chris was friendly and polite. My completely blocked kitchen sink was swiftly unblocked with no fuss.The drain outside had been overflowing for ages too which Chris fixed. He made it so hassle free I wish I had called them earlier and hadn't left it for so long. Would definitely use them again.Adding to this Chris went over and above the call of duty to provide me all the details I needed to claim back from HomeServe. I got a reimbursement from Homeserve which according to their reviews is quite hard to get. So big thanks to Chris for this too :)

I had an overflowing drain over the Christmas period that was oozing sewage from my driveway. With guests due to arrive that evening I needed a quick solution to this stinky problem. I called Chris who arrived within 20 minutes and reassured me the problem would be sorted.After an hour of clearing the drain, things flowed normally and Chris even checked the other drains at the property to ensure there were no other issues.Friendly, speedy service and I will be recommending him to family and friends.

Cannot fault this company at all. Came the day after we called with a blocked drain outside. 45 mins later and everything was cleared, tested and cleaned. Very friendly, professional and excellent service. Definitely recommend. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

Arrived within half an hour on a Sunday afternoon and although the sewer was blocked solid was able to clear the problem using the jetting equipment on his van.It was £10 extra for Sunday but worth every pennyHighly recommended.
