Dyfed Menswear Bristol

We used Dyfed for our April wedding and had the navy tweed suits which were beautiful. The boys all looked great and the suits are really high quality. Ian was helpful and friendly and the staff were accommodating of our groomsmen who needed appointments at different times. One shirt in our order came the wrong size but this was fixed immediately.

Excellent Service. I would recommend to anyone looking for their wedding. I hired my wedding suits from Dyfed and was very impressed throughout. Very friendly and approachable staff. They were very flexible in terms of timings for measurements for the groomsman as none of them live in Bristol. All their suits are excellent quality and you can pick the suits up far earlier than other similar businesses. Overall a fantastic company.

Booked an appointment for suit hire for my upcoming wedding. When I arrived I tried on one suit, out of the items supplied to try on the shirt was filthy around the collar, the waist coat was the wrong size and the jacket was missing a button. I was told that 'it's ok as this was just to try things' I then asked if I could try on the grey equivalent, got an eye roll! While I was trying this on a lady entered the shop clutching several suits that were for her sons wedding in 3 days time, she explained to the assistant that there were multiple issues, to which the assistant said 'maybe they have gained weight' 'it was fine when it left the shop' the lady was clearly upset and wanted things to be correct for her sons wedding. At this point the assistant who was serving me said to me 'don't worry about her, she is a dragon who wants perfection' With this my mind was made up that this had disaster written all over it. Bearing in mind I was going to be spending over £1000 it really did feel like I was an inconvenience. In the end I went to an independent suit hire for my wedding and 100% I made the right choice and I urge you to do the same!

Dyfed provided the suits for our wedding in March 2018. We bought suits for the groom and father of the bride from the Mark Darcy Range and they were stunning. They were much nicer than the suits for hire and actually worked out a better price! The price was great and included all alterations and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Can highly recommend and will definitely visit again for work suits needed in the future. Thank you!

Lynn and her staff were excellent we collected my hubby's suit( father of the bride ) as we live in fuerteventura and took measurements ourselves it didn't fit at all!!!! Lynn was fantastic & found a replacement in Newport. Thank you all so much you saved the day

Out of 6 suits 3 did not fit that well ,the changes we recommended fit perfectly ,so something went wrong with measurements.

Booked an appointment to look at wedding suits for myself and my best man. The woman in the shop was incredibly unhelpful. 0 customer service skills. 0 sales skills. No passion or excitement for something that is very important to their clients. No chance I was going to gives this company my money after this experience. Went elsewhere and had a great time picking out my perfect suit and happily spent the money as they actually provided a good service.

Used Dyfed menswear to hire waistcoats and ties for myself; my husband and our two junior Groomsmen for our wedding in September 2022. Brilliant service. Very happy with the waistcoats supplied and friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
