I have used Alness twice for a complicated move from Sussex to Sutherland. Rod and his team came recommended to me and it was a well earned recommendation. The quality of the service was excellent in terms of the actual job - but also with regards to some of the things we had to sort ourselves. They were totally customer focused, friendly, professional and competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Alness removals and would use them again.

Alness Removals & Storage completed a house move for me yesterday, from the Central Belt to the Highlands. The experience was fantastic and as stress free as any house move could be.We received a fair estimate for the move, the assumptions made for volume and clear payment terms for securing the move slot. The supporting materials were clear on the insurance arrangements and terms of business.Rod phoned a day ahead of the move to explain the process. On arrival he walked me around the house for detailed instructions ahead of packing everything up for us. Great care was taken with all of our belongings, both valuable and non valuable.Rod and Damien were cheerful, friendly and professional throughout. They arrived promptly both for pick up and drop off.Rod and Damien seem to take everything in their stride and make it an easy process. In our case this included having more stuff than the original estimate.I have another move to do in twelve months so will be using Alness Removals & Storage again then. So good had to repeat as now moved out of storage. First rate service and help. Had a bad arm so felt frustrated watching Rod and Iain at work. Speed and ecoerise on show all day.
