Great customers service, very clean shop and lovely stock!

I contacted this company in order to sell some men's designer clothes. They selected some items. I drove nearly two hours to deliver them. They looked at them and selected seven items to sell. They told me they would contact me to agree prices. The next thing I heard was that they had changed their mind and I was to collect the items. Another wasted four hours. The clothes were returned to me in a torn bag. Their shop reminds me of a charity shop. My advice stick to eBay.

Recently made my first pre-loved purchase with Shush and I’m so pleased! The bag I bought was in brilliant condition, with some of the plastic even still on the hardware and at £2,000 below retail! Couldn’t fault the experience at all!

Wow, I'm so happy to have discovered Shush. I've bought such gorgeous designer preloved items here, that I consider to be guilt-free purchases, as they act as investment pieces - as everything comes authenticated. Such a smooth online experience every time. I even had the pleasure of visiting the London store in St.John's Wood recently and a big shout out to Margaret was so lovely and helpful. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. The bag arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Shush again in the future. Highly recommended!

Update: Utter rubbish response from Shush London below. More than 15 hours after the cancellation they had not refunded. This could have been done the at the moment of cancellation. I also advised them in advance that if they did not refund voluntarily then I’d be forced to file a dispute and any idiot knows that when a dispute is filed, you can log in at any point and issue a refund. These people just refuse. Therefore, thieves is the right word to use to describe them and having kept £180 of MY money, they suggest I shop with them again! Insane as well as thieves. They even acknowledge in their reply here that it’s basically tough and they will not refund voluntarily. Tells you all you need to know really. Buy from you again Shush London? Not with a gun to my head!Bought a bag from their eBay store. 4 days later they cancelled the transaction saying they’d already sold the bag elsewhere but did not refund me. Currently £180 out of pocket and they have absolutely no interest whatsoever. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. I have to involve the police now as they’ve stolen my money. Very patchy response to messages and zero customer service.
