Strutton Ground Market
This could’ve been good but like my friend’s sweet potato fries from the Caribbean food stall, a bit over cooked and burnt. My mutter paneer curry was also very ordinary, more garam masala than flavour if you ask me, so that’s how I’m justifying my three stars. Better luck next time I do lunch with my friend who works nearby?

A short alley adjacent to Victoria Road where not only many restaurants & hair salons were located, there would be food counters on the street till early afternoon on weekdays. Many international delicacies & street food were being served. Quite good to explore for casual lunch.

Not so mad about the food stalls but there is a wonderful gem of a Newsagents in Strutton Grounds who sell cards and stationery at great prices. They also sell alcohol, snacks and store luggage too for daytrippers. The owners are probably the friendliest and most uplifting people I have met in a long time so highly recommended and well worth a visit. One of my favourite shops by far xx

A vibrant and multicultural fast food market with shops also providing a vast range of food. Even if you are not hungry just check out the smells and atmosphere. There is a plaque to the radio show 'the Goons' and a rather strange set of bollards.

Used to be a pillar serving the local working class pimlico community, the market used to have some useful stalls and hardware shops etc.Now this is just like every other market in the central London area where the local community has been destroyed and has been elbowed out through super rich and office workers and now is just food stalls and doesn't really have another purpose other than people asking you for money the drug addicts who have been housed round the area and really scare the local community as we battle this issue too.

Fish Chip's lot of customers, mostly homeless people, they have lunch time trade would not use, they have habit falling out people family run business.
