I’ve frequently rented cars for work and pleasure purposes over the last 15 years and can honestly say that the quality of customer service from Noreen and Mohammed at this branch is the best I’ve had. I have been made to feel so welcome and valued every time. Nothing is too much trouble and they spend time and energy to understand each customer’s circumstances.Some customers need loads of support and guidance… others (like me) need a cheeky persuasion to upgrade my order and enjoy my experience even more. Absolutely first class service from Joe and all the Hazel Grove team @ Enterprise. Not only was it not too much trouble to pick me up to collect my hire car but towards the end of the rental they called to ask how it was going and the drop off instructions etc. So straight forward and easy to do business with. I would highly recommend them! Joe was extremely helpful and ensured everything went so smoothly. Best hire car station I’ve dealt with for customer service.

Good selection of motors, fast turnaround, well priced and never tried to accuse me of existing damages unlike a few other companies. Used these a number of times, always friendly staff and hassle free service.

This place should be done for fraud! I had a hire car through insurance,had to wash it myself as was filthy, then I could see every wheel is damaged, car only used twice and now you are trying to charge me over£1600 avoid at all costs you have been warned!

Absolute shambles. I've been unfortunate to have had my car damaged by other people twice in the past year and both times have had to deal with Enterprise. Both times they failed to source a vehicle despite over a month's notice. The first time I ended up having to privately hire a car and then claim back from the insurer. This most recent time, they called me to say they had a vehicle available (a Premium 4x4) - I went to pick it up and the fuel cap had to be tied down using a ziptie, which had to be pulled tight from within the boot. This then let the cap flap around. When I asked how they could possibly have thought this was an acceptable way to try to hand over a vehicle and questioned the professionalism of the experience for their customer, I got the blank disinterested stare of someone who clearly didn't give a toss about the customer, the car, the experience or the way in which his response represented the company. Just useless, useless people with absolutely no organisation. Avoid.
