Leeds Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Kung Fu

i have to admit i lost faith when the expert from china spent half the session on his mobile phone - presumably looking for inspiration - the master preeched anti medicines an they kicked people for not taking the right posistion. looking for true tai-chi any suggestions .

I have been a student of Lee family tai chi (lishi) for some years and highly recommend Wilhelm as an instructor. He really cares for his students.

A good place to learn

I really enjoyed this class! I was a little nervous before I went, but the trainer was very attentive and I soon felt comfortable with the other people there. There was a varying age range which I didn't expect, but everybody seemed to be getting something out of it and it was smiles all round.The exercises where a bit of everything really - tai chi, yoga, kung fu... It was a real workout and I feel so much calmer now!
