New River Walk
What an accidental find in the middle of the city! It had rubbish as you would suspect being so accessible to neighbouring kids who couldn't care less. But I am sure it gets cleaned regularly. And still I loved every bit of it.

New River Walk
A bit of a hidden gem!Parts currently under renovation. You get some annoying and inconsiderate families and runners blazing down the narrow path or having their rugrats spread out and occupy the whole space, but other than that it has some nice wildlife, greenery and flowers growing that you won’t spot too often elsewhere, such as the hellebore flower.Fantastic on a sunny day and the water is very shallow so poses no real risk if you fall in.

An amazing, small and quiet garden along the river. It is an artificial river, but it is so well maintained that it is currently filled with trees and wildlife. Waterbirds like green-headed ducks and cotes are very common here. Beautiful blossoms in the spring too.

Finally reopened after some maintenance.Gorgeous path by the little river, surrounded by the beautiful trees and plants.Good for peaceful walks or relaxing book reading on one of the many comfortable benches.

New River Walk
Gorgeous walk along a small stream inside beautiful nature. Surrounded by lush vegetation you can relax at a bench and watch the animals in and at the water e.g. ducks or birds. Here in this tiny little area you can almost forget that you are in the biggest city of Europe. Whenever I have to go on this direction, I'll take this relaxing walk, a really stunning narrow little park.

What a glorious London Walk! KingsX to Regents Park Canal thence east to the tunnel. Over the top thru delightful Cullpepper Park ( visit the physic garden if open! ). Thence cut through to Islington Green and begin the walk proper. Camden Passages to explore, Old Queen's Head pub in Essex road with super green tiling outside and across to St Mary's graveyard with its brasses laid on the flag stones. Can you find David Shepherd's? Exit left to marvel at the oddest little house with 3 roof gardens, the Angel puppet theatre and it's fascinating props studio. Plus a glorious cottage alongside, set back and alongside all this. Best I've seen since the one in St George's garden at the back of Coram's Fields. Thru the arch and right, down marvellous Cross Street with its eclectic mix of house, shops and old warehouses/factories.Turn left for 50m along Halton Street and then right to the start of Asteys Row rock garden leading to the mini canal like New River .. and this is where the fun really really starts! Go I beg you and wander thru the leafy streets with their fantastic Italianate Villas ending up at Canonbury Tower and the Estorick Collection. You will Not be disappointed, I assure you!

New River Walk
A place where people come to smoke weed due to the proximity to the estate. Other than that it has some nice wildlife and it’s a great stroll with quiet and calm, except when a cyclist blazes through it.
