Wonderful guy, Kelty, took us to Aberdeen from Aviemore for an Airport Transfer, and en route gave us an impromptu guided history of the beautiful landscape we drove through. Perfect communication. Perfect price. Highly recommended for all travel services.

Highland Yaks collected myself and 4 friends from Spey bay having completed a fantastic 5 day kayak trip down the River Spey.Our driver ‘Kelty’ was on time and loaded 5 kayaks, all our kit (loads!) and 5 tired but elated blokes. Taking us and our gear back to our start location, some 85 miles.The service was fantastic and the perfect end to a perfect trip. Can’t recommend Highland Yaks enough. Look forward to returning next year and using their great services again. Many thanks.

A group of five walking the Speyside Way, we used Highland Yaks to transport our luggage and also several additional journeys from/to parts of the route. Kelty who runs the company, was always on time and had a very pleasant demeanour. He was easy to deal with, by phone or E mail as we had to amend our itinerary a few times prior to the trip, the vehicle was comfortable and I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Finally, given the itinerary we had over six days, I found the price to be very reasonable as I wouldn’t have liked to think what using taxis would have been like!

Highland Yaks provided transport for a group of 14 of us who were walking the Speyside Way. We based ourselves in Aviemore in the 'Go Self Catered' cottages and every morning Highland Yaks transported us to our start point along the trail where we had finished the previous day. We were then picked up in the afternoon at our agreed finishing point for the day. Everything worked like clockwork. It really was the best way of walking the Speyside Way by basing ourselves in Aviemore and being transported there and back every day by Highland Yaks. No need to pack up every morning and transport the bags to another hotel, we could just return to Aviemore and relax. I would certainly use Highland Yaks again if we were walking any trails around the North East of Scotland.

Nothing was too much bother for Kelty at Highland Yaks. His support of our cycling trip from Torridon to Aviemore was first class, never too far away to ensure a couple of last day issues were resolved, communication always timely and a friendly chap to boot. Would highly recommend.
