I was really happy with Craig , the fitter , he done a brilliant job ! I put a great review about this firm . I was contacted by them to say my Guarentee for shower would be posted to me . Job was completed on 17th of May , After me phoning them 4 times , still no Guarentee in post , They are not bothered once money paid x

Very impressed with this company. From Scott's initial visit with no hard sell and communication with James and Karen in the office.I can definitely recommend Craig the fitter very highly. He was polite courteous and very hard working He hit snags with our bathroom but overcame them and worked till8.15pm the following day to complete the refit. He has done a really professional job and I am very pleased with my new bathroom fittings and walk in shower. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering a bathroom refurbishment.

Had bath ripped out removed and shower put in in April.Fan is in wrong place and drips in to the bathroom. Wrong vent put on outside which means it. Is open all of the time. Mould behind silicone which is now coming off mould now travelling up the panel boards. Toilet seat coming off and we were left with no tool to fix it. Chrome coming off handles and sink unfit.Company is ignoring emails and telephone messages.Will be going to trading standards.

Watch out.owner James rented our premises for showroom and has not paid the rent.After several attempts from our side to make contact he did not have the courtesy to get back or to pay the monies he owed for rent and utilities so I would be very carefully of doing any business or work with him or his company . You have been warned.

Experienced an horrendous and botched shower cubicle and tray installation in 2021. Whole job had to be removed and re- fitted with a nearly 6 month timespan between the start of the job and final completion. Contacted the company again in June 23 to say one of the bi-fold shower door slider brackets had sheared and needed repair or replacement. I added that I was prepared to pay for the fix despite the previous issues. After countless calls and emails to the head office" and directly to James Thompson the owner I have still not received a response from either. One of the engineers Scott has occasionally picked up my calls but has only said my problem has been logged and someone will ring me that week. Complete lie and never happened!AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!"

I had my bathroom completely gutted and refitted. The finished product looks amazing. The fitter was very professional and extremely approachable.However, not all went well. Even though I paid my deposit of £ 3000.- 7 weeks in advance, the appliances weren't all avaliable to be fitted when work started. The appliances that were fitted were not exactly what I had choosen and then it became a problem to match all of the different shades of white. All in all it took nearly 3 month for my bathroom to be finished. I had asked for soundproofing underneath the floorboards but heat insulation was used at cost of £ 250.- Needless to say it didn't work. There was also an issue with the removal of wastepipes. The quote stated ALL wastepipes to be renewed but they were only partially renewed.I was overcharged on a couple of items which was corrected after me pointing it out.All in all the new bathroom caused lots of unnecessary stress. I never had an apology from the manager for any of it.

From my initial contact with Scott, to speaking to Karen in the office and finally John and John, my experience with this company has been brilliant. Scott came, looked at what I wanted, ( a bathroom and separate toilet knocked into one and a bath taken out), gave me a price and left. No hard sell or wanting me to commit there and then. Once I decided to use this company, Scott returned and went through the details of what I wanted. John, then came for an initial visit and we finalised the work to be done. John and John arrived punctually, worked right through and tidied up after themselves. The work that the 2 John's carried out is of a high standard, they were polite, professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone thinking of changing their bathroom.

Before the job even started, we questioned whether we’d made a mistake, the levels of communication were atrocious, we felt disrespected throughout. After must deliberation we went ahead. The final job we considered good until we had a good look. We left messages on the installers phone with no response. Very disappointed. We are dream customers, being polite, cooperative, considerate, respectful and paying immediately the job was done. All we ask is for them to respect us and live up to their obligations. It appears the guarantee is meaningless.
