AVOIDPoor experience. Placed an order for delivery. Chased a week later (as it was now over 4 days overdue) to be told they had sold out and wouldn`t have anymore in stock. 36 hours later and no email confirmation of cancellation, No credit, and meanwhile the item is still available on their website offering delivery.... AND TAKING PAYMENT FOR ORDERS !!

Head office always closed??Staff at Trentham Stoke branch absolutely rude no customer service .They all need some training on customer care ,that includes the customer service teamdon’t even deserve one star.

If I could leave zero star feedback I would. Wanted to purchase a shower unit item no 632693 on special offer to be told there's no stock. Head office said One branch did have it but would not sell it for the online price.. I called back to purchase at the higher price they then said we have no stock of it.Reading through the reviews it seems this is the norm.. shambles..

I ordered a light fixture from City Plumbing on the 16th October 2023. They confirmed my order by email and I was told it would be delivered on the 17th October. I sent the company an email on the 20th October stating that I had not received my order only to be told that the item was not dispatched and was discontinued. I was informed that they would issue a refund.It is now the 2nd November 2023 and despite several promises and excuses I have not received my refund. Beware when dealing with City Plumbing Supplies.

We needed to cancel our order or postpone it, phoned the number on the receipt, they gave me another number to call, 2 hours later no answer, phoned the first number again she put me on the queue again 30 min later no answer. Disgusting behaviour.
