Spent a brilliant day yesterday making a bag. Really good fun, lots of excellent help and instruction and finished with a bag which looks pretty good!

Today I did a beach bag making workshop. I am not confident at sewing and Jan took us through the process step by step in a relaxed, informal and fun environment. I walked out with a beautiful bag that I made! Tea an biscuits were good too!I can’t wait to book onto another workshop!

Had a last minute request to use our elderly landrover into a bridal car. Popped into Stitch where Jan jumped in with energy, creativity, integrity and humour. Incredible customer service! This shop deserves a relaxed browse.

Stitch is a source of inspiration and a lovely place to learn to sew and have the confidence to try different projects and techniques. I really enjoyed my group sewing session to make a shift dress. Lucy was a fantastic tutor and Jan provided the laughs and encouragement. A brilliant day!

A big thank you to Jan and the team at Stitch. My 11 year old daughter and three friends attended the cushion making workshop for her birthday. They all had such a great afternoon and the cushions they made were fabulous. The mums couldn't believe how professional they looked, the kids were so proud of them. Two had used sewing machines before, two hadn't, Jan was wonderfully patient with them all! Fantastic value for money and I hope to attend a workshop myself soon. Thanks again!

This is not only my go to place for any sewing materials, but a great place to get ideas and advice. Jan and Mitch have endless patience, and are willing to spend time with all their customers to make sure that we know what we are doing. Terrific place to browse for everyone from dressmaking experts to complete beginners, looking for an easy craft project. Thank you for your help today, ladies, I’ll be back soon!
