Good location, friendly, helpful staff (most of the time). They should seriously consider providing onsite customer parking, atleast 5 bays with one for disabled.

Hello can I make a complain please, about my post man? I living on Park Street, LL112NN, from like half year I received post from 22 Princes Lane, always I go to give thei, i have important documents what not was delivered to me( in my letter box), can you tell to the post man to take beware when make delivery, I know is hard work, but some people don't come to me when receive my post when post man fold, I lost many important post... Regards

Whenever I order parcels online now I just send them to my parents place because if I have them sent to mine we don’t receive a parcel we just received these “sorry we missed you” cards… and why you wonder? Well okay I let it slide if I wasn’t home at the time but 9 times out of ten I have been home they just don’t ring our doorbell I live in a flat above a shop.There also been a time where I was expecting a parcel so I had my shoes on ready and keys in my hand ready to run down 2 leathal flights of stairs and just this one and only time they did ring the doorbell they didn’t even wait 2 seconds I ran down to the door and by the time I opened it they were already gone and one of those “sorry we missed you” card under my feet! I’d stick a note on my door to let them know to please be a bit patient after ringing the doorbell as it takes me a bit to get to the door maybe they should take a leaf out of JustEat delivery drivers book at least they wait patiently and actually ring the doorbell!

Hours that they are open to collect a parcel is ridiculous, 0800-1000 and only afternoon is Thursday 1600-1800 how can a working person collect a parcel that needs to be signed for or to big to post through letterbox.Absolutely ridiculous sort it out royal mail

Extremely limited opening times recently (8AM till 10AM) daily.

I needed to contact the Delivery Office in Wrexham, as we had foolishly mins-addressed a parcel sent to our great-granddaughter for her 1st birthday. I had read the comments on here, and I wasn't very hopeful of a good outcome. However, the guy I spoke with was extremely understanding and helpful, and gave me advice on how to resolve the matter. So, not all the staff are rude and unhelpful!

Posted a birthday card for my friend on the 23rd of June at Johnstown post office, it was going to Malpas 15 miles away. She never received it! I know times are hard but nicking birthday cards out of the post is low. Will now send everything recorded

Between strikes and their sorting office being closed at 4pm how can people that work collect their parcels only day off Sunday great royal mail
