Had a discussion this morning with Adam as to how long he has been coming to sort out my computer issues, maintain internet security and generally have a good tidy around my laptop. - would you believe it's 13 years, since 2008!That's a testament to his knowledge, a taken, but also his personable nature, patience and perseverance - a lovely man to deal with.

When I call Adam he does his best to get to me within 24 hours. Usually he does and he is BRILLIANT ! He does a yearly cleanup and MOT on my laptop....wonderful. MH

I am reasonably IT literate but occasionally there are irritating technical problems that can arise where I am out of my depth. When that happens I find that Adam is responsive and knowledgeable, and provides a solution without undue delay.
