Bancey bathrooms designed, project managed and installed all aspects of our bathroom renovations. They were the only company to facilitate a shower cubicle on our loft conversion by moving a stud wall - all other companies we got quotes from said they could only replace like for like. Leigh was brilliant during the design process and remained a friendly contact ready to help throughout. Craig led the project management from day 1 to dealing with the final snag and was very responsive and bent over backwards to help with the occasional issue as it arose. The whole team worked hard and efficiently, in particular Ben and Martin on their respective installs. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Bancey Bathrooms recently designed, supplied and installed a new bathroom for us. Leigh’s initial design was spot on and reflected exactly what we had in mind. The use of 4D technology really helped to get a realistic feel for how it would look.We were particularly drawn to Bancey because they install using their own team rather than outsourcing to contractors. The team that worked on the installation were exceptional - each stage was coordinated and seamless. Everyone who came to the house was so easy to talk to and chat about tweaks or progress. Nick and Andy took the lead and made sure the installation was delivered to a high standard - they were excellent in all respects and we would have no hesitation in recommending them and Bancey.

We've had a complete bathroom overhaul and have been delighted with the service received from Bancey Bathrooms. Leigh was very helpful at the outset with all the planning, and being able to see the designs with the 4D headset was a real bonus when deciding on the finishes we wanted. All the lads involved in the plastering, plumbing, electrics and installation were a pleasure to deal with. A few hiccups and some tweaks needed along the way but nothing was too much trouble to resolve, Dan was especially brilliant and really went the extra mile for us. We are totally thrilled with the end result, and would definitely recommend Banceys.

Our project was led superbly by Liam and Chris, (assisted by Joe and Ash.)When the design had to be revised during installation due to a challenging door size, Liam and Chris made suggestions and worked with us to find solutions.These guys are in your home, in our case for around a month, and made the disruption as minimal and painless as it could be. Every member of the team was so friendly, responsive, professional and respectful of being in our home. Liam and Chris deserve recognition in particular, they were excellent, and we have no hesitation in giving them, and Bancey, a five star review.We’re very happy with our new bathrooms and to recommend Bancey Bathrooms.

We visited Bancey Bathrooms in Box to have a quick look around and get inspiration for bathrooms in our new home. We were quickly welcomed by the team and were encouraged to look around with no pressure which was great. Following this we set up an appointment and Dan H visited our home a few days later to take measurements and get some ideas from us about what we were looking for. We then had an another appointment in the showroom to see Dans proposal for our 2 projects. Incredibly we were shown the designs using VR which was something we’d never seen before, this allowed us to really understand the designs and make changes quickly to see other concepts. A couple more visits to finalise minor details and fitting selection and we were then booked in for the work. We had to reschedule the work by a couple of months due to a delay with some other work being carried out by another company but Dan was accommodating and there was no issue in doing this. When it came for the installation, Dan C, Zack and Jake, were brilliant. The respect and care they showed our home was appreciated with lots of effort by them to protect flooring etc. Dan C keep us informed of progress and was open and honest with any challenges (we have an old house which had some unusual draining solutions installed by a previous owner!), these were resolved with full consultation with us. The works went pretty much to plan and some minor design changes along the way were supported and encouraged in order to get things right. Overall we are really pleased with our completed projects. The whole team from start to finish were excellent. We were pleased to see that Bancey now supply and fit kitchens so we are already considering them for our next project.

Excellent, professional and quality service in the design, supply and fit of two bathrooms in our house. From the design work by Leigh and Paul, to the fitting with Craig and his team including Martin and Sean on the plumbing side and the two outstanding tilers in Ash and one other whose name I didn’t get but who did a superb job in the en-suite. Courteous, professional and responsive. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a top quality end to end service. Maybe not the cheapest around but hard to beat in value for money.
