Tempo Coach Hire

Do not use this company. I paid balance into the account provided by company, after 3days of phone calls waiting on confirmation of receipt of payment, Rikki(one of the directors) gave me another account to pay into saying the first account i was given is not their company account. I paid the balance a to avoid cancellation of a planned trip to the beach and still no confirmation on receipt of payment. They emailed the Friday before the trip to cancel saying they have mechanical issues. Still no reply on their numbers and no refund. They have bad organisational skills, bad customer service. No intention of providing a service. Stay clear from this fraudulent company and its director Rikki and cohort Kimberly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Guys, I have to share my experience with you, I work in another travel company and we have organized a day trip and decided to use tempotravel's coach as other company based in Southampton are fully booked, and I tried to get the driver's information from the day before, and I called 5 times including emailing the company, they then finally given a driver name to me, and it's Richard, who is owner of the company apparently, and on the day, the coach never turned up and not picking up phone calls. and our tour guide nearly got ate by the our customers. I'm just been honest here, please please please do not use their vehicles!!!

I booked a coach to Ascot races but they failed to show up I have had no response to emails or return of my numerous phone calls in an attempt to retrieve the deposit.*** update post response... The response to this review is further evidence of the operating practices of this company! I emailed and tried to call the company every day leading up to the arranged trip but had no reponse. I have not had a refund and have been chasing them ever since finally, I spoke to someone last week and they are now claiming I had no booking at all despite being able to supply the e-mail confirmation I received as evidence, the bank transaction for the deposit and the e-mail claiming they had refunded me! I am now unable get hold of anyone again......

As per all the previous reviews - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is a complete con. We are currently collating all evidence to take the matter further as we will not leave this alone. Richard (Ricki) Powell who is the so called owner is a complete fraud. We had booked Tempo Coaches for our wedding day and could not believe it when we received an email the day before saying that the Company had gone bust. THIS COMPANY HAS NOT GONE BUST, IT IS STILL TRADING AND HAS OUR MONEY!!! The stories are horrific yet Trading Standards so far have been absolutely useless - this needs to stop.

Thank you for a wonderful day trip - the coach was clean and new and the driver (i forgot his name) was very very good with all the kids. This is the second time we have used Tempo and its been like clockwork each time.

Completely unacceptable! Booked a coach for 40 people to get from Poole to Lulworth for a family wedding! Deposit was taken but coach didn't show up! Phoned the office, spoke to 3 different women (who all sounded the same) but apparently only Rikki" could deal with anything. Basically left us abandoned on a special day & had to sort out 8 taxis! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYOnly 1 star as you have to put one.Trading standards have been informed"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and his friends booked Tempo to take them from Romsey to Chichester for his Stag party. The coach did not turn up. I spent time on the phone to an employee who denied there was ever a booking despite having evidence of bank transfers and confirmation emails. Managed to get a company from Portsmouth to step in last minute. Believe the reviews about fraudulent behaviour, the owner of this company has an awful track record. Save yourself time, money and stress and find another company. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star.

Our Preschool trip was rescued for free after being let down by another company. The driver was early at the collection point, which has never happened for us before with other firms!Very friendly and polite driver, very happy children, parents and staff.Would definitely recommend.

Have used Tempo twice in the last year for company trips. - Both times they have been on time and with good drivers - the last time we needed to change the return time to much later (my mistake) and the manger or owner Richard Powell went out of his way and personally drove down a replacement driver so the coach could wait - Many thanks Richard - Saved the day!

We used this company under the name of Tempo Travel back in October 2015 it was a disastrous trip to London which ended in the adults on the bus making the decision that the driver was unfit to drive. The emergency number did not work, they bus company provided no support, help or compensation and when we cancelled a further booking we had made we have been unable to get any money back at all. The owner, director Rikki Powell has not responded to any letters or phone calls we have made. Please DO NOT use this company, look up Rikki Powell in google and you will see all sorts of horror stories.
