Of course arranging a funeral is a difficult time and the main thing we wanted was for it to go as smoothly as possible, which is exactly what happened.All details were explained carefully and there was no pressure involved at any point. The options to customise the service and burial were enough but not too many.I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and definitely recommended McGuire's to all.

Me and my family can not give enough thanks to Stuart for the arrangements he made, He went through every detail with us regarding the funeral and he gave us a lot of options and he really did give us confidence to make the decisions, the attention to detail was absolutely amazing.Stuart was an amazing support to the family leading up to the funeral and we felt our wishes were more than fulfilled, he was always prompt replying to emails and more than happy to speak on the telephone.On the day of the funeral Stuart and the team were great with the family looking after each of us, ensuring the funeral went smoothly.I feel the relationship Stuart built with the family was outstanding as we have never had to arrange a funeral.I would highly recommend if you are looking for a funeral director who gives you the comfort your loved one is being looked after with the added bonus of a personal touch.Stuart was such a great help to me and my family and we can not thank you enough.Thanks again. Just want to say a massive thank you to caroline and Kirsten for the amount of effort and hard work they put into my dads funeral. They was amazing, we can't thank them enough all the staff was brilliant aswel. Its so hard to describe how brilliant they was with us. I would definitely recommend this branch they have been so caring and thoughtful with us and definitely someone to talk to and have a good chat with. They went out of their way to provide the best service for my dad and they made sure everything was perfect on the day of the funeral, we are so thankful and appreciate everything. Choosing the right people to take care of a loved one at such a sad time can be difficult but I am perfectly satisfied that I made the right choice for my mums funeral. Funeral director Stuart is absolute asset, he was kind, knowledgable, dignified and above all approachable. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for their kindness and understanding, even the lady who collected my mum from the hospice asked what music she liked, the personal touches meant so much. All the family and friends who attended her funeral commented how professional yet personalised her funeral was, exactly how it should have been.

Very professional service gave respect and dignity at all times. Kept us informed every step of the process. Gave reassurance and put us at ease. Amber is a star such a big heart and smiley face. Stuart was very professional and respectful taking the service. All extremely smartly dressed... Emmaculatey turned out. Can't thank them enough for the service they have given.... The services received from McGuires Wigan was excellent. Stuart made everything run smoothly on the day keeping us informed about everything that was happening. On the run up to the day Amber dealt with myself and all the organising of which she did an excellent job.I cannot fault the service in which we received at such a difficult time

Stuart is amazing at his job. He respects you and is very dignified and thoughtful. He goes the extra mile. He has looked after my Dad, Mum and now my son and cannot fault anything. Everything we asked was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Stuart to anyone. He is perfect.
