Very poor service. Gave my number and had a meeting for a design and I have had no contact, rang to chase up and was advised of a call back (this was over a month ago). A simple I can't do it" would have been fine so we're not sat round waiting."

I have just purchased a new home, so my friend and I were looking for wallpaper for several rooms. The shop was open so we stepped inside to be met with a growl: are you alright; do you have an appointment?" Which really was less of a question and more a statement
