Dupplin Estate

Very well run estate, very friendly and helpful all the time and always on top of their health and safety. We can all learn from the way they manage their communications and highly efficient. Thank you for such a friendly place to be.

The six of us (parents and 4 teenage/young adult sons) had a wonderful stay at Blairbell over Christmas. A fantastic setting with fabulous views, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. It was cosy, bright, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with little touches ranging from toiletries and fluffy bathrobes to playing cards and Christmas decorations. The kitchen was well equipped and the only problem we faced was what to do next, another walk, more table tennis in the games room, another dip in the hot tub (a great place to watch the sun set) or lounging in front of the wood burner in the sitting room. What a lovely place.

Myself and my family stayed on Dupplin Estate for 2 years and highly recommend renting a house on the estate. Ours was beautifully renovated and maintained and any issues were all dealt with quickly and easily. Our stay at the recently beautifully restored Blairbell completely recharged my batteries as well as my 3 grown up children. Every detail has been thought of at this gorgeous retreat. I could have sat for days in the sun room/extension sipping my coffee and staring out at uninterrupted views and watching some spectacular sunsets. Complete silence in a rural setting, yet near enough to loads of places if you felt inclined to visit. Instead we lit the fire ( though no need as house is so well heated) read books, dipped into the hot tub, competitive table tennis matches in the separate and beautiful games room and endless walks. This is a real gem and we are already braced for a return visit.

My wee family have rented a house on the Dupplin Estate for coming on a year now and hopefully more years to come.The property is perfect and was well maintained. The staff are very professional, helpful and if a rare issue does come up, they are quick to resolve. The grounds are beautiful and well looked after.Best decision we made living here.

Dupplin Estate is a well managed, well run and well maintained. All of the staff are friendly, professional and attentive, and always a pleasure to deal with, particularly the head of the team, Donryn who is brilliant and supportive.

Dupplin is a beautiful and very well maintained Estate in a stunning part of Scotland. My stay was peaceful and luxurious and I wish I could have been there longer. I saw the newly refurbished Earn River Cottage whilst there, which is a very well designed and fitted out cottage ideal for a quiet retreat.Thoroughly recommend and hope to go back soon.Thank you to my hosts for their warm welcome and generosity.
