Had the worse experience here the gentleman behind the counter does not know customer service whatsoever ..left feeling so annoyed as he made me feel I dident know what I needed and wouldn't exchange the coil he had given me wrong in the first place...used too go here alot but will never return due too him working today

Excellent again, knowledgeable and happy to take time explaining products and concepts, would defo recommend. Think I’ve found my new main supplier.

Bigoted staff behind the counter. Walked in and before I'd really said hello he started spouting about how he doesn't think gay people deserve a whole month to celebrate pride, while he's got vape smoke coming out his mouth. Absolutely disgusting.

Type of people that are quick to give advice to make a sale or any type of money and that is all.Nothing is covered by warranty bar batteries. Paid for a dud coil along with some of their juice. Returned instantly. His response was 'It was probably a dud coil or dodgy juice' we cant do a refund. £2.99 isn't exactly a huge amount but if they can't provide refunds based on their dodgy product it says a lot about the state of their shop.Remember them stating they was closing down and put clearance sales on items, funny how their still around, anything for a few extra pounds for their struggling shop.Been a customer for 7 months, never purchased a coil because they never order any in. Terrible customer service guy was basically laughing. Walk an extra 10 minutes to Grey Haze for moneys worth, these guys only care about money. In fact go to an off license and get juice from there it'll probably still work out better.They won't be around for much longer.

First experience with RBAs and the lads here were a great help. They helped me choose what would be good for me starting out, recommended the best coils, cotton and methods and even let me use their tools and gave me a run through on how everything works. Will most definitely be coming back!
