I was seen by Janet the next working day for problems with my little boy feeding. She quickly identified a tongue tie and this was sorted in the same appointment. She listened to my feeding problems and was very helpful troubleshooting. I would go as far to say our breastfeeding journey was saved by Janet! I have since recommended her to other mums.

My son was struggling with feeding from a bottle, crying with every feed and suffering from reflux symptoms. We went to Janet and we now have a dream baby who feeds excellently with no crying and reflux symptoms are next to none! She was so thorough and we stayed after his tongue tie cut to help with the feeding side of things and I only wish we went sooner! Would high recommend Janet.

My little boy (3 weeks old at the time) was crying after feeds and always appeared unsettled and uncomfortable which was making my heart completely break as I didn’t know what was wrong. Janet was able to offer a prompt appointment and confirmed that he did have a tongue tie. Janet was able to provide such useful latching advice and since he has had his tongue tie sorted by Janet he is now a much more settled and happier baby and I’m finally able to enjoy breastfeeding. I would highly recommend Janet to any new mams.

Janet was recommended to me by another mum and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Janet was able to confirm my son did not have a tongue tie and gave me lots of helpful advice and support and continued to check in on us to see how were getting on. With Janet’s advice I have been able to improve my sons latch and positioning to help eliminate the pain I was experiencing during feeds. I am so grateful for Janet’s help, thank you.

Janet was super helpful and accommodating in when I could get to see her for an appointment with my twins. I would have been waiting weeks and possibly months if I hadn't opted to see her.Janet was extremely professional, obviously highly skilled and brilliant with the babies. Both were found to have tongue-tie as per my thinking and both were seen to there and then with minimal fuss from babies.I am very pleased I opted to bite the bullet and get them assessed and I'm pleased to have been in Janet's capable hands.

Janet is fantastic! In just a one hour session with her she helped get my breastfeeding journey with my twins back on track. I really thought breastfeeding was slipping away from us before seeing Janet, but after a few weeks we are managing to breastfeeding exclusively, apart from one bottle before bed (which is our choice). We have been to see Janet with both of our children. Both times we were shown the outcome of the assessment and explained everything very clearly so that we could make an informed decision. The procedures were done efficiently and caused very minimal disruption to our children. Both children had fed significantly better after having the tongue tie cut. The aftercare advice and feeding advice was excellent. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Janet was fantastic and very accommodating in arranging a very swift appointment. At the appointment everything was explained very clearly and the procedure was very quick, excellent support in the appointment with feeding. And follow up care received. Amazing outcome which had enabled us to continue on our feeding journey.
