We highly recommend Fairweather’s based in Boston if anyone is looking for an estate agent. They have been remarkable since I phoned and spoke to the lovely Sophie while searching for a property closer to schools. She truly is the loveliest lady, and nothing was too much trouble. Chloe then showed us around a beautiful property that was perfect for us; Chloe was brilliant! And so lovely to our children! Chloe and Sophie continuously chased up all solicitors and estate agents in the chain to ensure there was progress made each week. Chloe would then phone us weekly, updating us on everything. Chloe went above and beyond for us, arranging extra viewings for our child to view the property to adjust to the new place gradually, and even cleared out the big pile of rotten wood & rubbish that had been dumped in the garden so our little ones wouldn’t get hurt on in when we moved in!The team here really are so much more than your average estate agency! This was our 3rd purchase, and we have never received such service from any agency like this one!!!
