After purchasing a bike on Amazon i received a 85% assembled bike but being of a European manufacturer there was no way I could of done the job myself. So I gave these guys a call and he said bring it no problem. The job was done within a hour or two due to customers ahead of me I was given a first class service, well priced and decent customer service highly recommended.

I have given 5stars because they understanding is good communication good service they always provide very happy with as they gone out they way to bring a smile on my daughter face today as they kindly out of they own way delivered the bike today. I wouldn’t go anywhere else I always come back to JH cycles as I get good service with nice smile.

Really friendly helpful and knowledgeable guys. Took my bike in thinking it needed tyres, it didn’t they said. Really genuine people not out to just take your money. They seem to know every inch of these bikes and this will be the place I go every time. Can’t recommend them enough x

Excellent service and good price for all the work I had done. My bike was fully inspected and I was quoted for all work needed to make my bike safe and road worthy again, as it had just been left in the garage for a year. It was fully repaired in a couple of hours. New gear system, crank, chain, cables, mud flap and rear tyre. Big thank you guys.

Very nice and friendly service. I've been using them for years. The owner (his name slips me) is a top geeza. 10/10. They look after their customers. I travel from the other side of B'ham to bring my bike and kids bikes now I've moved from that area. Very honest, he'll tell you straight up what's wrong and what needs to be done. With reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service, the older guy is a top block. I was in two minds of getting a new tyre as 3 spokes were broken he advised me of why I shouldn't do it my myself as I needed a cassette remover tool. So I pushed the boat out and let them fix it. Repaired in under 3 hours and had a lovely commute to work. Thanks guys and let's not forget honest pricing.
