We are still waiting for over £500 owed to us by Lainey from her last curtain business which closed in June, emails were unanswered, phone numbers changed and disconnected, the shop closed with only a few days notice and it was impossible to get replies. We were told “no refunds” and had paid a deposit in February which was never returned and no work done. I know others are also owed work and money. We wanted to support a local business but I am truly shocked to see she has set up under a different name whilst still owing money. I would never trust her again.
