Pâtisserie Verte

Thibault was kind enough to do the Macaron Tower for our Wedding... and OH MY GOD it was absolutely STUNNING! Not to mention how utterly delicious the macarons where! By far the best we have ever tasted. The colours he done where exactly what we asked for and matched our theme perfectly, we where overjoyed with the result and can't thank you enough for helping make our wedding day even more perfect. FABULOUS!! Wholeheartedly recommend to all. A*******

We had a macaron tower at our wedding on Saturday. They were absolutely delicious and we had so many guests telling us how much they loved them. The presentation was stunning. Cari was helpful throughout and let us borrow the tower as well as delivered them to the venue. Would 100% recommend. Thankyou!

Amazing cakes from a lovely couple! Thanks very much. I’ve tried a selection of cakes now and I’m very impressed. The last ones were the afternoon teas as a family gift. To me these vegan cakes easily rival dairy in taste and you don’t feel like there is anything missing or feel sick and bloated after. Great development for the vegan world. I’d highly recommend. Thibault Courtoisier makes amazing cakes, pastries & chocolates. They are of the highest standards of the French pâtisserie tradition, and what is really mind-blowing is that they are completely plant based ! ... but you wouldn't know it.So anyone who fancies the tastes of top-class French pâtisserie, without animal products, I can thoroughly recommend Pâtisserie Verte.

I ordered a box of Macarons for an anniversary treat. Wow!!! What wonderful little works of art. We scoffed them with champagne. Will be ordering more goodies from this fabulous vegan patisserie

We contacted Thibault and Cari to make pattiserie for our wedding. The overall experience couldn't have been more positive. Incredibly accommodating, easy going and friendly from the very beginning all the way through to the end and produced items of the highest quality. We had a few phone calls to tell them what our requirements were and hash out a few flavours then a few weeks down the line we met up for a tasting (amazing!) and Thibault took on the small changes we wanted to make happily. On the day Thibault and Cari delivered and set up our display which looked wonderful and tasted even better. Couldn't recommend them enough for any event. Great job!

Having been a huge fan of macarons, it's been an absolute delight to still be able to have them now I'm vegan. These are delicious, and such a wonderful variety of flavours. Vegan or not, you don't want to miss out on these delectable morsels of joy!

The most wonderful cakes and treats and all plant based. I always like to pick up little treats from here at the local markets - they never disappoint. Ordered a celebration cake for a birthday recently and it was just beautiful - looked like a work of art. Delivered personally by Thibault as well. You just can't fault Pâtisserie Verte. The quality, the thought and attention to detail is all just spot on.
