My father came into the shop today with a peice of fabric which covered a special item of his, but because of its age it was a little tatty and stained and my dad wanted to bring it back to life.He entered the shop and asked the lady on the counter if she could make a replica of the peice of fabric he had and she was quite very rude. She wanted my father to take it off the counter and said i wont touch that and refused to do it. Which is absolutely her right to do so but she was very judgemental and rude towards my father and he didnt receive a very nice or professional service.Sad really as it upset my father, and i am now making it for him. Id just maybe advise the lady to be a little less rude to future customers.

Took my husband's 20 year old shirt with a threadbare collar. He loves the shirt and it has sentimental memories. Delighted with the results. The collar was turned around. He's going to love it for Christmas and can wear it again. Thank you so much.

Looking for a place at short notice to get my trench coat dry cleaned.The lovely owner managed to get this done for me at a reasonable cost.Got chatting to this lovely lady and knows her stuff when asked about a couple of items that could do with alterations she advised and gave me great advice.When i return again i will have confidence in this ladies abilities to alter a couple of items for me.

I recently took my son's leather jacket into Hems sew soon because it had been badly torn and really looked unrepairable but the man said he would try. I am amazed, it is brilliant and practically invisible. Thank you so much for a great service. Will definitely use again.
