Gallagher's of Newcastle

I used Gallagher’s when I moved in October 2021, they then stored my furniture until, at last, I was able to move into my new home 5 weeks ago. They were friendly, efficient and professional and were also the most competitively priced. Cannot praise them enough.

Gallaghers helped me with a recent move from my previous house, stored my furniture for a period of 7 months, then moved it all to my new home. The service was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. On moving day 1 the team turned up on time and with all the kit they needed to help keep my home clean during the process. They were very efficient and cleared out the whole house in an hour, taking good care along the way. The storage was great too. My goods were well looked after and communication about dates, payments and access was very fast and clear. The team were really flexible on dates and made the stress of moving again much less stressful than it has been in the past. Finally on moving day 2 (to my new home) the team again turned up on time, with kit to keep my home clean during the decant (red carpet, rugs and plastic wrapping), and the whole team took great care with my belongings. I don’t think I’d ever use anyone else! Highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service. They stored some of my furniture and delivered some to my temporary accommodation. On my moving day they contacted me to remind me that they would be collecting my furniture from the temporary accommodation on their way my new apartment. I’d not even thought of that being included. If you are moving, you shouldn’t consider going anywhere else!!

Anth and the guys did a fantastic job - they packed us and moved us across to our new house quickly and with care for our belongings. They worked hard and cheerfully non stop and with a very reasonable quote. Thanks very much!

I have used Gallagher's twice in the last few months, both for storage and removal and have been really impressed with the service. Both times communications have been excellent and service very courteous and efficient.

We used Gallaghers to move from Whitley Bay to Stocksfield. From the first contact with Anth it was a seamless and easy experience. Nothing was too much trouble and on the day it went really smoothly.Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We have used Gallagher’s for both removal and storage and on every occasion they have been excellent in all aspects of their work. They take a lot of the stress out of very stressful times. The removal men were helpful, attentive and took great care of all our furniture. Their storage facilities are very good and financially better than self storage units you can hire. Both Anthony and Johnny are two very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people who obviously care about their company.I highly recommend them.Don’t go any where else.

Used the wonderful Gallaghers of Newcastle for the second time and the service was faultless. From the prompt & friendly quote, to the delivery of sturdy boxes, and the efficiency of the move, these guys have been spot on! Lovely polite chaps who did a perfect job.
