Helped a lot! got my biceps and triceps to where i wanted them to be, would definitely prefer Howey Fitness, Cheap, Reliable, and understands what you want.

I had a personal gym session with Jack a few week ago, as his company just started and he wanted a client to work with. Even though he is new to the game he understands each clients needs and is great at creating a plan that best suits the person he is training, he is also a very friendly and helpful person to be around and makes a lot of time for each of his clients. I will for sure keep training with Jack and highly recommend him for anyone who’s looking for a cheap but quality personal trainer.
