Terrible customer service and after care, once they have your money you’re ignored and treated rather poorly.

Hate leaving bad reviews but the experience with cyclone the communication was shocking at best, i was quoted 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of my wheelchair and it took 6 months. It took over 2 weeks to reply to my emails and then I had to send multiple emails to get e response! Very rarely answered the phoneThe only one good thing there did was loan me a demo chair, that was similar to what i had ordered, but it was too small really so not ideal and they only did this after i had been waiting 5 months. Then when my chair finally arrived it took them nearly 6 weeks to arrange for a courier to collect the demo chair.will not be using again!! Worst experience i have ever had getting a wheelchair and i was buying it with my own money too no grants or wheelchair services to negotiate. They had £2000 deposit of my my money from end of February and didnt actually place the order untill May!!!

I was fitted for my GTM Jaguar by Spencer. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I felt comfortable though out the whole process, and confident in Spencers suggestions. My Jaguar arrived just before Christmas, and Im delighted with it. It fits perfectly, and was everything I hoped for.I look forward to may happy years of wheeling.

Bring cash, you'll want much more than you planned when you meet these guys and see just some of the cutting edge products they're able to provide!Stared and run mostly by fellow wheelchair dependants gives the usual headstart for a good disability equipment supplier here. Its exact location on the business park is maybe not the place to blindly follow the satnav to if one requires perfect road markings to function safely behind the wheel. From the entrance gate it is just about visible in the middle of the second row to the right. Cyclone will see you right or explain to you exactly why you're wrong. Honest advice over the hard sell when I renewed my chair to the very best spec imaginable and an unspeakably good discount to. The top rating is just as valid without the savings made. Being a fan of magnesium and carbon fiber helps my most recent chair make me very happy with my decision to give Cyclone Mobility a try when I really needed a new wheelchair earlier this year.

Where do I start I see lots of great reviews here but is not my experience in th slightest I had my bike for less then two weeks before I had a fault and I kept trying to resolve it and am still trying to resolve it but after countless emails with no reply I have had enough 4 weeks me and my uncle have been ignored trying to sort out something quite simple a few of the spokes have broken they asked for pictures and they got them I don't believe there is any customer service when your being ignore for a month and still have to keep sending emails you won't get a reply to ... Seems such a simple thing to sort out and would be if there was anyone at cyclone that would give you the time to reply to your emails imagine buying a brand new car that in a week broke and the car dealership was no where to be seen .... I really didn't want to post a bad review but I believe I have no choice now after being ignored for so long I would never recoment cyclone to anyone .

I bought a Jay Shape backrest from Cyclone Mobility which cost 237 pounds including a 15 pound delivery fee. I tried a sample Jay Shape backrest before from another company and it was suitable. Before I bought the backrest I asked Cyclone Mobility if there were instructions. A man from Cyclone wrote that he would make sure instructions are included and that I would be able to fit the backrest myself with the screws provided. I transferred the money as I was given Cyclone Mobility's bank details for payment. When the backrest was delivered, I read the instructions and it states that the backrest should only be installed by an authorised Sunrise Medical supplier or a qualified healthcare professional who has undergone appropriate certified training by either Sunrise Medical or their approved supplier. I was misled and there were no screws included. I couldn't install the backrest. I emailed Cyclone about this and also wrote that I wanted to return the backrest. They wrote that they can send an engineer out to fit the backrest for 275 pounds. I wrote that this is too expensive so I would like to return the backrest and get a refund. Then they offered the engineer at a cost of 100 pounds. I agreed and I paid 100 pounds for the engineer. When the engineer came to my house he didn't know how to put the backrest on my wheelchair. He was struggling for some hours. I told him that I didn't want the backrest anymore at one point because I realised that it was low quality. But he insisted on putting it on and he had to call his friend for help. When he eventually put the backrest on my wheelchair, I tried it. The padding is a poor quality so it will not last for a long time. Also the backrest was not supporting me and it was digging into my back at the top. I told the engineer that the backrest is not suitable for me and that I want to return it. Then he took off the backrest and put my old backrest on my wheelchair. The next day I emailed Cyclone Mobility to let them know why the backrest was not suitable and that I wanted to return it. It took them a few days to get back to me. I called them and sent multiple emails before they responded. They said that they will not refund my full money back for the backrest and they have to deduct 20 percent restocking fees for the supplier. The engineer cost will not be refunded back to me. They also said that the engineer should not have put my old backrest on, and that was a goodwill gesture. This was shocking. After multiple email exchanges which got nowhere, I called my bank to see if they would be able to refund my money back. They told me that because I paid using a bank transfer, 337 pounds in total, they can't take the money back. I did not know this so I was devastated. I do not advise anyone to make any payments to companies using a bank transfer, as your bank will not be able to refund the money back to you if an issue arrises. Afterwards I had to consult a solicitor's advice. I sent multiple letters to Cyclone Mobility. I was nearly taking them to court before they agreed to refund me the cost of the backrest which is 222 pounds. I returned the backrest and I have received the refund. I lost the 100 pounds engineer cost and the 15 pound delivery fee. I do not recommend Cyclone Mobility to any wheelchair users. Avoid at all costs!
