Cornard Computer Medic

Having had my old computer die half way through an important document, I called Computer Medic. They could not see me as they were really busy but were able to talk me through a fix to get the machine up and running so that I was able to meet my deadline. Many thank - brilliant service. Will contact in the next day or two to get the problem fixed properly.

Dale at Cornard Computer Medic was superb! I gave them a ring and he managed to fit me in the following morning for a RAM upgrade. I dropped my computer off first thing in the morning, he said it should be done by lunchtime which sounded great. I received a call around 40 minutes after I dropped it off, I personally was thinking I purchased the wrong RAM or there was a problem, however, it was that it had already been completed! So within an hour of dropping it off, I was all set up again! Totally recommend them for anything IT related!

After a nightmare issue with my first build due to bad information, I found myself at Dales door, seeking help and the lords mercy.After the first few emails I found myself a lot more relaxed, more so after meeting him. I handed my PC over to him and before I'd got home and got a coffee, he'd already made a flying start on diagnosing the issue. a few days later (short job, other engagements) I was told I could collect my PC.More so, the price was extremely reasonable considering the time talking me through the stuff I wasn't sure on.I write this review from that PC, smiling.Dale and Cornard Computer Medic are worth every star of this review.They will now be my first port of call for all my PC needs.Many Thanks Dale!!

Really impressed with this company, really helpful HONEST looked on ebay for me to find parts for my IMac, They could have easily taken my Mac in and hit me with a £250 bill, but advised we would be wasting our money. Good company

I cannot praise Robbie enough for sorting my PC out. I was scammed so was worried about what had been done within my computer. Thankfully was all good and he was professional throughout and put my mind at rest. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service at fixed price quoted which I thought was reasonable ,friendly and efficient and made not to feel an idiot. Fix of an issue between operating system and WiFi printer resolved by them taking over my system remotely . The repair would have been beyond my knowledge .An excellent experience from start to finish .

Superb service - called cornard computer medic after my sons computer stopped working . Dale was very friendly and told me exactly what had happened in simple terms - luckily a cheap and easy fix ... No hidden charges at all unlike some computer repair places !! My son was happy his computer was fixed in a matter of just one day!!! I will def use again and have already recommended to my friends .

Really helpful company happy to give unbiased advice eventually suggesting that my laptop probably needs replacing rather than repairing-doing themselves out of a job but very nice to know that they are honest and genuinely want to help- not just in it for the money. By my books this is a company to trust.

Excellent. We had an 11am appointment with Dale. We were contacted approx 2 hours later the problem with our laptop had been sorted. Very happy with the service.
