Service with Danielle & Gabriel was fab, along side the quality of showroom, however the quality of our new sofa was appauling for the natuzzi brand. We went for the promonto and within a few weeks it had loss its curved appeal in some areas and the corner sofa had sunk. I hope ours was an isloated incident. Danielle did respond in a timely manner to resolve the issue.

We visited the Nattuzzi store off the back of a recommendation from friends even though we'd already decided we were going to purchase our sofa elsewhere, we came out of the store having purchased 2 sofas and an occasional chair!The quality of their products, the friendliness of the staff and the range of choice left us in no doubt that we had to have one of their sofas in our new house. As it happened we over ordered and had to cancel one of the sofas and that was no problem at all. Gabriella exudes charm and excellent service with a smile.The delivery was well organised with a courtesy call in the morning by Daniel who then turned up on time and installed the new furniture.From start to finish it was the best furniture buying experience we've ever had!

Amazing place to go too, having tried all the usual suspects, we were advised to go check out Natuzzi Editions from my parents. Who also have an amazing sofa or two from here. From the moment we went in, we were well looked after by all the amazing staff members. After looking around we sat with Gabrielle who helped us pick our bespoke sofa to what we really wanted and dreamed of. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped at every stage of buying and choosing the sofa. Every aspect of the sofa can be configured to what you want and that's what we did, the overall design, the recliners, shape, stitching, leather, grades of leather and colours, even the sofa feet! We have OUR family sofa, what we wanted and more. No other company could offer the same! Delivery was quick and easy both the guys who came were amazing and efficient and again couldn't be more helpful. Now we have the sofa in our house its even better than what we imagined and I cannot thank the family at Natuzzi enough for our bespoke and perfect sofa. We highly recommend every aspect of Natuzzi Editions Preston and will continue to recommend to all friends and family. Wish you guys the best and Thank you.
