Absolutely fantastic experience had a nightmare of a phone problem right before Christmas and it’s not a common brand of phone so not many places could help but I went here and within thirty minutes my phone was repaired and I had one less worry on my mind. Cannot recommend enough!

Thank you so much for sorting out my laptop last week I thought you was open till 530pm but in fact I turned up at 5pm when you had closed you stayed open to help me so I could get on emails again for nearly half hour and didn't charge me I'm really greatful for your time and patience your really kind .thank you .I recommend if anyone needs accessories repair work this is the shop in hinckley to go .

DO NOT USE!!!!!!If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful service.Took my iPhone in for a repair on the back as this was smashed. Cost £60, collected the phone and instantly the battery would not hold its charge. I was charging it multiple time a day, charging it to 100% in the evening and waking up to 18% charge in the morning. On the 4th day, the phone has died in the night again and now will not turn back on. My phone is less than 2 years old and is still in contract and is completely unusable. I returned to Mobile Tower where they wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix the issue. They tried to tell me my battery was “swollen” when they took the back off. My phone wouldn’t have deteriorated the way it did, over the space of 4 days from the day I collected it. They then offered a new battery at cost price.. again I should be paying for something they have caused. I declined as I wouldn’t trust them with my items or my money again and took it to another repair shop for advice. They were astounded by what I had been told at Mobile Tower, and couldn’t believe the phone was under two years old. They told me these batteries are designed to last 4-5 years.. that the repairs on my phone made by mobile tower had damaged and caused this problem and advised that any battery repairs at this point should be sent to apple.An appointment with apple is going to cost me a further £85, I’m out of a phone that was working PERFECTLY, still paying my contract and down £60 from the only original problem of needing a new back. Mobile Tower are refusing to provide me with a refund.. refusing to pay for official repairs. Stay well away unless you want to be out of pocket hundreds!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received excellent service from a very friendly and knowledgeable guy at Mobile Tower. The repair to my phone was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend anyone to use this business. 5 stars

I had a nasty fall and trashed my mobile phone screen. The lovely young man who served me was courteous, helpful and sorted my phone out within the hour. Excellent service and reasonably price. Thank you.

Took my Huawei phone in to be unlocked, brilliant service, first it didn't work but he kept trying until it it was uncloked, exerlent service

I came here with an S8+ broken screen, broken back, pretty bad cosmetically everything else fine. He charged me £300 and a £20 holding fee (refundable or inclusive) I left it with him a few days, to return to a mismatched coloured phone, a non-genuine screen, second hand parts and a faulty rocker volume switch. He then told me to come back he'd swap for my original bezel to be put on again and the same non-genuine screen, he also forgot I had paid the £20 and then once checked forgot to give me the £20 back trying to claim £320 so all in all I paid an extortionate amount for a phone that doesn't have genuine parts, the back was plastic not even glass and a weird purple colour different to my grey and has terrible responsive issues. Never again. If anything I want money back.
