Removed my legit business profile but will happily keep taking money off me for various business services for said business though. Won't reinstate it, can't speak to anyone about it.Only 1 out 3 Phone lines work and that just keeps referring me to the online support which im getting no where with.

For one of the largest and most successful company in the world its a real shame that there is no way for your customers to get in touch. My google ads account is no longer working and there is no one to call anymore at google. You dont have a google ads specialist calling your customers any more, and apparently due to COVID (nice excuse) there is no support phone available. All you can is fill up a form and wait weeks for reply.Its just this typical trend of cost saving to enrich shareholder at the cost of customer service that is absolutely abysmal. Obviously as the only ad provider in some parts of the world it impossible to run a business without you.

Denied Access, Id required for 36 &37 year old. Wouldn't accept photo of passport and driving licence together , we was dress smart to. Made no sense. Ask to speak to manager. Was denied a moment of there time to. Real shame as Iv enjoyed the club previously

This horrible company allow ex employees to leave lying reviews under false names and won’t do a thing about it

Customer services is so poor. Phone lines closed when website and chat customer services tell me it’s open. Still trying to speak to a person about fraud but nobody from google is taking it seriously

Not to be able to speak to a human when you need advice and help to do with your business is a disgrace! To but up various numbers that do not work says it all!
