Nikki Hemsley throughout our entire selling process was fantastic and a breath of fresh air. We had previously attempted to sell our house for 9 months pre lock down with another estate agent to no avail. Nikki was highly professional with a high level of attention to detail. She had a number of proceedable buyers through our door within a week and we managed to sell after 7 days! The process to exchange and completion was slightly convoluted. Nikki recently helped us to sell our property in Steventon. The chain was long and complex and the transaction became very protracted due to the Coronavirus pandemic. As a former Estate Agent myself I am fully aware of the negative attitude towards Estate Agents generally and how it is thought that they do not offer value for money.
