Came here as we were passing and the wife was hangry.The waitress, Christina, was amazing and extremely friendly. Thank you so much.The food was great and exactly what you expect for the price range the only negative was the portion size of the Frieda could have been slightly bigger but that’s just me being greedy!

I’ve been to this hungry horse a few times and each time the experience has gotten worse, last night I ordered the Christmas special burger which came with a pig in blanket…this pig in blanket could have broken a window with how cooked it was… luckily the staff brought me some more which were lovely. Then I noticed on my burger I didn’t have the beef patty which is quiet hilarious in my opinion, the staff were great I must admit but I think you may need more staffing as all the tables were dirty (I understand it was busy)Overall a disappointing visit.

It was my birthday, so came here for a lovely meal with my family of 7. The waitress, Christina, was amazing and extremely helpful. She seated us right away, and told us about the Friday burger offer (buy one get one free). She gave us absolutely everything we needed without question, so that was amazing and very friendly of her. Ordered a quadzilla (was absolutely delicious, left me stuffed for a while). Overall, a perfect night. Thank you.

Bar staff nice gentleman took our food order advised us 30 minute wait, not a problem. Then SOME food came about 30 minutes later then another 2 but then had waited nearly 10 minutes for one of the child's meal. The first waitress was not helpful at all. No cutlery where she told us to go, only knives which were not very nice, we asked her for some waited and still non, I went and asked again, she said she had been to kitchen to check and we had to wait. I hate Luke warm food which it was by the time we got cutlery.Food was not niceDesert, fudge cake was not warmed as described and the apple and berry crumble no berries (we even had to wait for that and the other 4 deserts were nearly finished), the bit of crumble was disgusting. The custard tasted awful and you could tell it was microwaved.I appreciate that it's a not expensive" restaurant but I expect for food/meals to be served together (with in reason) for the whole table

This hungry horse was just amazing, the staff and food couldn’t have been better and great value for money. Will defo return. If I had to say anything negative we got our knifes and forks and noticed a couple of them were a little dirty but this didn’t put me off as everything else was amazing. Great work to all that work there.

Food was absolutely delicious and atmosphere was spot on. First time trying and I'll definitely be back. Only thing I think could be improved is that I was there on a Saturday and the wait times for food was quite long. I waited for 30 mins for the main and 30 mins for the dessert.

Was in last night place was very busy I had booked for 2 people by mistake as the website kept crashing but was accommodated very quickly was here with my partner and 2 fussy teenage grandsons we ordered food and was with us within 20 mins as was really busy but it was well worth the wait as food was amazing steak was cooked to perfection as was the mixed grill and new yorker chicken and chicken strips the portions where huge and didn't disappoint we had been up for the legends game I. Liverpool so had travelled up from Glasgow would highly recommend and will definitely booking another trip in the very near future staff where very friendly snd attentive great customer service skills pleasure from start to finish keep up the good work xx
