Great rug, great service...After having a good look around on the internet and decided on the rug we were after, we discovered Love Rugs, who were quite a bit cheaper than other options for exactly the same rug. Went ahead and ordered, and their customer service was excellent too. Our rug had to be ordered from the overseas supplier, so when I wanted to know approx., delivery timescales, LR were always responsive and helpful. All in all a great price and experience, plus we love the rug too ! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent personal service from Love Rugs. The style of rug I wanted to purchase initially was out of stock but Angus gave me great advice on purchasing a better quality rug in the same colour ..... and it was in fact cheaper !! Angus kept me updated on the delivery status of my 3 rugs throughout. The quality of the rugs are excellent - so pleased with them. I can't recommend Love Rugs highly enough. Wish there were more companies like them out there.

I was looking for a very specific brand, design, size and colour of rug that my daughter asked for (Scion - Mr. Fox in silver & Orange).... I could not get the exact rug in Ireland but got it from Love-Rugs (UK) cheaper than I could get it locally and delivery was reasonable and very quick. Service was great too with follow up mails regarding my order and delivery. I was pleasantly surprised and if the need arises again, I’d be straight back to them. Highly recommended.

Ordered a rug earlier in the year but due to COVID the delivery was very delayed as the rug was handmade in India and production over there had stopped. When I contacted Love-rugs they answered immediately and were extremely helpful and reassuring. When my rug eventually arrived it was definitely worth the wait. Beautiful and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

We have just received a rug from Love-rugs, and absolutely love it. We dealt with Angus who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He arranged to send me a sample of the one I liked, then arranged for it to be delivered really quickly from the USA. We needed an unusual size, so he also arranged had to have it cut to size. At each stage he rang me to keep me informed. We are very pleased with the quality of the rug and also the quality of this company. This was the first time I’ve ordered a rug on line , but I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and very helpful.

Went to store in Commerce Street in Glasgow to get an idea of quality of rug we had looked at online. Didn't have our size or colour in shop but quality of sample shown was excellent. Very helpful and no pressure from gentleman we spoke to in shop. Went home ordered online got a discount. Rug arrived within a week. Looks amazing, quality is excellent. Colour better than expected. Would definitely use again and would recommend

Lots of medium to large rugs but not the smaller ones I was after from the website. Interesting stock though. The person in the office finally got off the phone to talk to me.

I ordered a lovely rug from Love-Rugs and I'm delighted with it. The rug arrived quickly, in perfect condition and the customer service I received was brilliant.
