Worst wholesalers I have been to, pre ordered and paid online for a fast pick up arrived at 7am the morning staff had no idea what the items were or how to raise the paperwork on the computer - I had with me proof of payment and items ordered. I had to pick the items my self then they refused to let me have them because they could not work the computer system, 40mins later and several calls to his manager they begrudgingly let me have the items! Had the proof of payment with me! what should have been a quick 2min pick up so we could be on site for 8am took 40mins, this was a simple 2 item off the shelf order ....good luck if you order a big job through them place is a joke, use CEF next door and don't waste your time with these idiots
