DPD Pickup Parcelshop

Waited all day for my parcel to be collected by ‘marco’. Waited in the front room all day 9:00 am until 5:00pm no one came, checked the ring doorbell cam just in case, nothing, just another delivery man from Amazon. Called up to find out what happened, put on hold and hung up on, phoned up again, woman claimed he came at 3:32. Nothing on my security/doorbell cam, she started to describe my garden from a photograph he allegedly sent. I said he DID NOT come, if he uploaded a photo it’s probably from the other day when he came for another collection. I was home all day so was my mum, we took great care to keep our eye out, and I was checking which stop he was at every 5 mins. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
