Very welcoming staff. Good massage and excellent management by the young lady always working hard in the shop front, JJ. Girls are polite and gentle creating a relaxing climate throughout the massage.

Amazing service. Love the lady named Tana, always give best massage. Knows well what she is doing, remembers what you like and what your achy areas are each time you go. Extremely satisfied by her!

I just had THE MOST amazing sports massage with Sophia. I've only really ever had massages when on holiday but my neck and shoulders have been super stiff lately so I thought that I'd treat myself. I am absolutely floating, the whole experience was wildly blissful, and my neck and shoulders feel sooooo much better! I can't wait to make this a regular visit. Thank you so much!!!

NO STARS would be more accurate!Telephone booked a couples massage there with my partner. They said they were fully booked at that time, but would be able to do it in two hours “no problem”. We wandered around Westcliff for a couple of hours killing time, then 5 mins before the massage booking, we arrived at Bangkok massage. We were then told that they could only do one of us at a time, and the other one would have to wait for the hour and be done afterwards, as only one of the ladies was available, the other one having just started a massage (even though they knew we would be arriving any moment). We were not happy at all, especially having booked it and waited for two hours already.While we were remonstrating, another gentleman came into the shop, and he had also been booked in at the same time as us, and there would have been no one to give him his massage either!Week apologies were offered but they seemed to think that it was perfectly acceptable to take the booking and then not be able to deliver the service. We left without a massage, so at least the other gentleman could get his one!Very poor service indeed and they were not that bothered that they had wasted so much of our time.

Just been for 1st time. Not from Southend but I will definitely return on my next visit. Listened to my needs and lovely talking about life. Just what I needed xx
