UK Mobility Scooters

I bought a scooter from David to help while I was recovering from a hip replacement and received an excellent service from start to finish. I wish I’d known about all the other helpful equipment you can hire from him before I bought it myself from Amazon! Highly recommend David’s service.

Personally I wouldn't recommend the Mobility Company. I have been waiting over a month for the man to come out. I telephoned David on 14th Feb and he said I be out on Monday at 9.30am he never arrived. He has said that a few times and also hasn't returned my recent phone calls and messages. My Insurance company arranged this for me,But I'm going to call around a few other places as David has said I will definitely be there and we are now in the end of March and he hasn't even bothered to contact me. I think I might take my complaint further and I'm going to advise my Insurance company not to Recommend this Company. If they don't want the work then they should not agree with customer dates and times that's twice now he said he will be to me and hasn't turned up. I have witnesses aswell that heard the calls and my calls are recorded aswell. I'm going to find out what government ombudsman that deals with the mobility traders and put a complaint in. I would advise people not to use him and don't listen to what he says as he is clearly a liar and wastes people's time and phone call costs aswell. Inconvenience this has cost me is beyond a joke now. You should treat Disabled People Better than this.

David opened up especially for me and my Dad and was very helpful in selecting the right scooter to suit our needs. Dad got to test drive the scooters and David delivered it the same day. An excellent service, thank you.

David has a great range of products in his shop. We have used him a few times and he is always helpful and friendly and offered advice to my mum in her purchase(s) . Shop local is our advice. Thankyou. The car park next door makes access easy for less mobile people as well. A bonus!

I needed a wheelchair for my son as the one provided by the wheelchair service is totally unsuitable for him. Until they sort it out I have bought a wheelchair from David at UK Mobility Scooters in Barnet.The service provided was excellent from start to finish. David answered all my enquiries quickly and ordered and fitted anti tipping wheels the next day.He then delivered the chair to my son.I highly recommend this company, nothing is too much trouble.

Atrocious experience and customer service. Purchased a scooter, which for 3 days wouldn’t charge so severely disabled gentleman couldn’t use it and was left housebound. The stability of the scooter is also questionable as it capsized turning a corner on a flat surface. Injuring the above elderly gentleman. Despite not being able to charge the scooter, we were told by the retailer ‘it was fit for purpose’ and without first asking us what we wanted to do, he was quick to impart that his friend who is ‘high up in consumer rights’ said that we weren’t entitled to a refund. He then said he had now found the correct charging cable, rendering it ‘fit for purpose’. He sold this item without asking height, weight or level of requirements, or checking we had all the necessary components. Our options were a) a partial refund (losing £200 from the price paid, despite not been able to use the mobility scooter for 3 days) or b) he would sell it on our behalf and take a ‘cut’. He was rude, objectionable and unhelpful. This is someone who works in a business selling equipment to elderly and disabled persons. Avoid this retailer at all costs, there are many reputable, helpful mobility experts in North London.

Mum (87) & I visited this store on a Thursday afternoon and David was expecting us. Mum tried two scooters outside and David was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overnight she pondered over her options and purchased one on Friday morning. And David delivered it on Friday afternoon to her house! Excellent service from a kind, considerate and very helpful owner.

David was very helpful and informative about the GoGo Traveller and insurance. Delivery was quick. I recommend Uk Mobility Scooters, a fair price on all their Mobility aids. If I could rate more stars I would have. A big thank you David for giving me back my freedom.

Very poor service arrange a shop vist when I arrive the shop was closed. I called and no one answered the phone so I went to North finchley we went to mobility North London. Service from mobility North London service was fantastic lovely friend staff.Even got £50% discount.
